MM 3-Step Consultation Process
At MM Improvements Corp, our approach to all commercial and residential projects are designed to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.
Initial Contact
The first step of our process is to contact us for a consultation. We will review the overall details of your project to see if we are a good fit. We’ll talk about timeline, budget, and ask for pictures of your current space. If we are a good fit, we will then schedule a visit to your home.
Planning
We visit your home to meet you and to understand in depth what your vision is. This helps us to assess any questions or concerns you might have.
While some clients come with specific plans already, if you need assistance in planning and laying out the intricacies of your project, we are more than happy to help!
Agreement
Our construction agreement is a detailed document that ensures everyone is on the same page about your project. We treat each project as if it were our own home. We want you to fully understand and agree with everything, so we outline all the details of the Construction Phase in the agreement. We sign it when all parties are confident about the costs, timelines, design details, and what to expect during the Construction Phase.
